Google has described the benefits for deceased employees


Google has guaranteed his posthumous benefits to workers who are paid to relatives in case of death of the employee. Human Resources Director, Laszlo Bock, Google told this magazine Forbes. Until now, information on these benefits not mentioned anywhere. According to Bock, a Google employee after the death of the surviving spouse will be in ten years get 50% of his salary. Deceased children per month will be paid a thousand dollars. Payments will continue until the child reaches 19 years of the employee (or up to 23 years if the child was full-time students). Bock confirmed that this benefit for years of service is irrelevant. Therefore, this benefit can claim all the 34,000 employees of the search engine. Bock acknowledged that such payments are, of course, do not bring any benefits the company, but Google is considered necessary to help the families of its employees.


The Google search engine was created in 1998 by students at Stanford University, Sergey Brin and Larry Page. In the same year was founded the same name and company.
